Vehicle Rental Terms & Conditions:
1. Vehicle Insurance Package
- Third party property damage
- Bodily damage
- Fire and theft of the rental car, Personal accident
of the driver (only for cars). - Combined insurance (CDW): The insurance covers damage to the
rental vehicle. The participation rate starts from 750 euros.
The customer’s responsibility varies and depends on the category of
the vehicle.

Preveza airport, at our place, at the port of Lefkada, at your hotel or at
another pre-agreed point of your choice.
4. Roadside assistance.

1. The Basic Insurance Package is included in the rental price. You are responsible for any damage or injury you cause to the rental vehicle, yourself or its passengers.
2. The Comprehensive Insurance Package costs extra per day and covers any damage you cause to the rental vehicle. You are responsible for any injuries you cause to yourself or the passengers of the rental vehicle.
A) Cars: Minimum age limit is 21 years for small cars
and 25 years for large cars. Maximum age limit is 75 years.
The driver must have held a driving license for at least one year for small cars and 3 years for large cars.
B) Motorcycles and mopeds: Minimum age limit is 18 years for mopeds and 23 years for large engines. Maximum age limit is 75 years. The driver must have held a driving license for at least one year for mopeds and 3 years for large engines
No. Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer and we do not require a credit card for guarantee.
A) Cars: A category B driving license issued in a European country is required to rent a car. Drivers from a non-European country – such as Australia or the USA – need an international driving license.
B) Motorcycles and mopeds: The driver must have a driving license or an international driving license for the corresponding motorcycle category. The driving license must be valid.
Vehicle Reservation / Cancellation & Additional Charges
Reservations are made by vehicle category and not by model. If you prefer a specific model, please note it on the booking form. We will try to reserve the preferred model for you,
if possible.
You can make a reservation by phone or via our website,
by sending a relevant electronic request. In order to finalize the reservation,
a deposit is required. Our company supports all payment methods.
You can modify or cancel your reservation by phone or
by sending a message to the email address [email protected].
Please note that by changing the dates or type of
the car, the rental price may change. There is no charge for
cancelling or changing the reservation, as long as you notify us 30 days before
the scheduled delivery date.
The minimum rental period is one day. The car must be returned
at the time you have arranged with Wheels4you. Delays are charged at
1/3 of the daily rate per hour. Delays of three hours or more
are charged as a full day of rental. Any extension of the rental must
be agreed 24 hours before the end of the contract.
The driver is responsible for all parking and traffic violations. Our staff will inform you where you can pay your
fine. Unpaid fines will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when you picked it up.
No refunds will be given for any remaining gas in the tank.
In case of a delay in picking up the car, Wheels 4 You will make sure that it is available for the next 2 hours. After the 2 hours, the car is released and available for another customer. In case of a flight delay, the car will be available after the 2 hours, after checking with the flight number entered by the renter. If the flight number has not been entered when creating the reservation, the car will be released after the 2 hours.
In case of a delay in delivery of the car up to one (1) hour from
the stated delivery time, there is no extra charge. After one (1)
hour, the renter will be charged one (1) full day of rental.
No refunds (partial or full) will be made for rentals that end early, late pickups, no-shows or cancellations that occur after the rental start time.
In case the renter does not pick up the car, there will be
a cancellation fee, which corresponds to 50€.
The renter is prohibited from: lending or subleasing the car
to any other person, driving against the K.O.C., using the car in any type of race or speed competition, etc., transporting people or things beyond those specified in the car’s specifications, letting another person drive the car, which has not been declared at the time of rental, towing another vehicle, transporting animals, participating in any illegal activity with the car, allowing smoking inside the car.
Off-road use is not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rental vehicle. In case of smoking in the vehicle or in case of excessive cleaning of dirt or animal hair, the renter will change a full cleaning of the car for a minimum amount of EUR 100.00 plus VAT.
In case of an accident or other incident, the renter must immediately notify the car rental company. If a third party is involved, the renter must also call the Police. The renter must provide a Police report to the local office if there is damage or loss/theft of a car part. The Police report must be completed and sent to the local office up to 24 hours after the accident/incident. Failure to report accidents honestly and in accordance with the rental terms and conditions will result in the risk reduction packages being void. Failure to cooperate or provide false information in connection with a claim will result in the driver being responsible for all claim costs.
Wheels 4 You Products and Services:
The second driver must have a valid driving license (see Driving License) and be declared before the start of the rental for all categories.
Child seats and booster seats are available for all car categories.
